I was referred to Bernard Sidman through a friend for an immigration process. This has been the first time ever I have consulted a law firm. I was afraid of having costly charges but this was not the case. Best price! Finally, I successfully concluded the process. I highly recommend Sidman Law Group and his entire group of professionals.

I was referred to Bernard Sidman through some fellow Brits living in Los Angeles. I had to remove the conditions on my Green Card. My situation was unique as I was going through a divorce BEFORE the two years was up.

Upon my understanding that I needed to consult with a lawyer, I met with Bernard at his Encino office (first consultation free), and explained my situation and what happened. He was very sympathetic to my situation and could tellI was upset and stressed. He straight away told me he could help me, and told me exactly what I had to do.

My application was submitted in June, and I can proudly say that I was accepted for my 10 year “unconditional” Green Card on 12/10/14. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome.

All in all Bernard done a good job. He knows his stuff, and has good staff on hand to answer any questions and act as another point of contact. However, if you want someone to hold your hand through the process then Bernard is not your man. He comes across as extremely busy, but at the same time very assured. The moment he told me that he could get me my green card, I never doubted it. I felt relieved to have a lawyer that actually cared about the success and not just the money.

His value was good, and he let me set up a payment plan with him.

His response was not always immediate, but then again I think the same goes for the rest of Los Angeles. But I eventually had all of my questions answered.

I especially rate him because he had to put up with me! I was very anxious about the whole process and would often have questions that in hindsight probably seem a bit silly, but he and his staff always answered them.

With his advice, I set about laying the groundwork for my O1 transfer. Once I had my new job offer secured it took just 7 weeks to move my families visa’s to O1’s.  They were fast, efficient and at no point was worried they were not going to deliver.

My situation was pretty complex, so I was very apprehensive, upset, and nervous, but when I met with Bernard, he calmed me down and ensured me that they will work hard to help me, and they did!
They are honest and hard-working people and I respect that!
I was married, received my first green card, then applied for the removal of conditions, but we divorced before I received the interview notice, plus on top of it I had other complicated issues with my application.
